"Good stock most of the time"
I was able to find the baby stuff I needed in stock, which was just nice and saved me some hassle. One item was sold out, but there were other options to choose from. Overall, it was easy, and I’d use Babyplus again.

"Pretty smooth delivery updates"
I was happy with how they handled the updates. The tracking worked just fine, and I wasn’t left guessing where my order was. Maybe they’ve improved their system recently or just have a solid process in place, but either way, it made the whole wait way less stressful

"Good help after my delivery issue"
i mean, ordering a stroller and finding a small part missing from the box wasn’t exactly the best start.
I emailed babyplus and they got back to me the next day. They just asked for a photo and my order number, then sorted out the replacement without making it feel like a huge hassle.
It did take a few extra days to arrive, so it wasn’t perfect, but the support was friendly and they fixed the problem. I’d use them again.

"Showed up right on time"
I ordered a stroller from babyplus.com i was a little nervous about how the delivery would go. But yeah, it all went smoothly. I got the tracking info fast, and the package turned up exactly on the day they said it would. Box looked fine too, no damage or anything. No complaints from me, I’d order from them again.

It’s kind of their fault I ended up grabbing more than I planned. There was so much baby stuff to choose from, and we found everything we needed without any hassle. Really good range for babies

"Return took a little longer than I’m used to"
I had to send back one baby item because the size wasn’t right. The return process itself was simple, but compared to other returns I’ve done, this one took a few extra days longer than I expected. The refund did come through in the end though, so it all worked out fine

I picked up a few baby items the quality is way better than I expected. Nothing feels flimsy or cheap, which almost makes me wonder what the catch is because baby stuff is usually either overpriced or falls apart immediately. So far though, no complaints, I’m pleasantly suspicious.

The packaging was mostly okay overall. The only thing I noticed was that one corner of the box was a bit dented, like it probably got bumped during shipping or while being handled. It wasn’t a huge deal for me because the item inside seemed fine and nothing looked damaged, but I did notice it right away when I picked up the package. So, basically, the box wasn’t perfect, but it still did its job.
